Who's behind this
TribunalReady is a Sydney-based software product for people representing themselves at NCAT. We are not a law firm, and the service is not endorsed by NCAT.
Our guides and preparation tools can use AI. We link to official sources so you can check the information yourself. A source link or review date is not a guarantee of accuracy or a legal professional's approval. Check current tribunal requirements and your own notices before acting.
If you want to reach a human, email hello@tribunalready.com.au.
Why we built this
Preparing your own case means keeping track of more than documents. You need to explain what happened, identify what you want the Tribunal to order, and find the evidence that supports each point. A new email or listing notice can change what needs your attention.
TribunalReady brings your chronology, emails, documents and hearing preparation into one workspace per case. You review suggested dates and drafts, choose what to include in your evidence, and decide what to lodge, send and say. The software helps you prepare; it cannot decide the merits of your case or promise a win.
How we make money
Paid plans are one-off purchases for one case, with unlimited access for that case and no recurring subscription. Features depend on the plan: Starter covers case organisation, Hearing-Ready adds preparation and evidence-bundle tools, and Full-Case adds outcome and enforcement preparation. Check the plan comparison before paying.
What we don't do:
- No advertising. We don't run third-party ads, and we don't take sponsored placements in guides.
- No data sale. Service providers process information to run the platform, and AI features can send case content to the AI provider when enabled. Our privacy policy explains those providers and disclosures.
- No affiliate links. The lawyers, services and resources we point at on this site are listed because they're useful, not because we're paid to send you their way.
- We do not use your case content to train our own AI models. Read the privacy policy for how external AI processing works before enabling those features.
Pricing is on the home page. If your case isn't the right fit, the free triage can help you check the platform's coverage before you pay. It is a starting point, not a ruling on jurisdiction or your prospects.
What we're not
TribunalReady is not a law firm and not a representative. We do not provide legal advice, we cannot act for you at the Tribunal, and we cannot tell you what the right outcome is for your specific circumstances. Everything on the site, including the in-product guidance, is legal information.
If you need advice rather than information, contact a lawyer, LawAccess NSW on 1300 888 529, your local Community Legal Centre, or the Tenants' Union of NSW for residential tenancy matters.
Independence
TribunalReady is independent. We receive no funding from, and have no commercial relationship with:
- the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal;
- NSW Fair Trading or any other NSW government agency;
- Legal Aid NSW or any community legal centre;
- any law firm, barrister's chambers, or referral service.
We are not endorsed by NCAT. The Tribunal is a public body and we link to its official materials throughout the site so you can go to the source.
See our editorial policy for how we source, review and correct our guides.
